The Sunday Independent launched its new-look Business section in June, with enhanced content and an extensive, research-led re-design. The campaign strategy was to define the Sunday Independent as ‘The complete read on Business’ with the objective very clearly outlined as increased circulation.
With a very specific target audience identified, INM afforded this campaign the ideal platform for launch. Large, timely press and online ads dominated the weekends and engaging, attractive displays on Independent.ie ensured impressive CTR of 0.33%. The launch phase of the campaign was completed with targeted sampling activity, with an attractive home-delivery sign-up incentive delivering on the circulation objective.
