During the pandemic the consumer mindset shifted from longer term purchases such as a new home to short term survival mode. As our new normal emerged and people began to truly appreciate the importance of picking the right house and neighbourhood, Hooke and MacDonald wanted to get people exicted about their longer terms plans once again.

What was our approach?
